And... in an article describing the reactions of governments around the world, it is clear that Hillary Clinton (Secretary of State) and the United States are now seen as laughable as well as reprehensible in their conduct. Bolivia's vice-president, Alvaro Garcia Linera, this week posted Bolivia-focused Wikileaks cables, in full, on his official website in response to what he called "insults" and "third rate espionage". Especially for those who aren't running a website on a day-to-day basis, the response of the WikiLeaks website under attack allows a peek into the world of large scale website operators, who deal with DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks, hacker kiddie scripts run amok, and the like on a daily basis. Not to mention, in the case of WikiLeaks, government intervention, legal threats, et. al.
